Emily Fenton, owner and operator of Sow and Savor Farm, has harbored a lifelong passion for the culinary arts, finding joy in the connection created through food and the act of contributing to food access organizations. Her love for food prompted her to pursue a Culinary Arts degree and embark on eight seasons of hands-on experience working on vegetable farms. From small scale, no-till practices to organic diversified vegetable farms and growing food for hunger relief. Armed with a unique blend of culinary expertise and agricultural knowledge, Emily is devoted to building a resilient local food system.
Sow and Savor Farm is a part of the New Entry Incubator program, where they grow on a 1/2 an acre in Beverly MA. They specialize in growing unique culinary crops like ginger, turmeric, heirloom tomatoes, artichokes, and more! Their goal is to provide high quality produce while prioritizing organic and ecologically sustainable farming practices to help create a healthier and more resilient food system. They have a CSA program and can be found at local farmer markets throughout the season.
