Mycoterra Farm is a woman-owned, certified organic mushroom farm founded in 2010 in Western Massachusetts, growing premium fresh mushrooms year-round. They specialize in shiitake, lion’s mane, chestnut, pioppino, and assorted oyster mushrooms, harvested to order for exceptional freshness, flavor, and consistency for chefs and retailers. Mycoterra mushrooms are grown indoors using agricultural and forestry byproducts as our primary growing media, supporting efficient resource use.
