Growing and packing potatoes for over 100 years in the Pioneer Valley, Barnwood Valley Farms and the Szawlowski family have been growing potatoes in the area since 1910. Now in its 6th generation under Colin Szawlowski, Barnwood Valley Farms provides customers quality potatoes as well as other fresh produce from local farmers in the valley. They grow and pack local potatoes in addition to working directly with up 20 local farms to distribute produce to Northeast retailers and wholesalers. Their 30,000 square foot facility has state-of-the-art packing equipment with automated bagging, stacking and sorting machines that enable them to custom-pack poly or paper bags as well as cartons.
